There, I said it. I love online bingo. I just had to get it out in the open so I can explain why (and where I find my favourite bingo sites).
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t spend much money on it (usually around a fiver every few months) but it still brings me great joy. The best bit is that there’s loads of great bingo sites out there and they all usually have sign up and reload offers so you don’t have to spend very much at all.
I usually head over to Bingo Kings to read the reviews about a site before I decide which site I’ll sign up to next.
I’m not a big risk taker, when I gamble it’s usually matched betting if it’s not a bit of online bingo. The thing that attracts me to the bingo sites is the chance to win big. My friend’s auntie once won £4k on one site! She’s pretty much my bingo inspiration. She went on a big posh holiday with that money. Jealous!
For me it’s not just about the thrill of the game, most sites will have a chat bit where other people my sort of age will chat while the balls are being drawn at the side. They often have room games too where you can win bonus prizes. It’s really entertaining!
I find the best time to play is between about 1 and 3 on a school day because there’s more people about. More people = a chance at winning a bigger pot of money (and who doesn’t love more money?).
Conversely, I also find daytime in school holidays as the quietest time, instead it picks up in the evening (I’m guessing when the kids are in bed).
I’ve probably made myself seem prematurely middle aged. Surprisingly, loads of people are my age in the chat rooms. It’s not full of grannies like the stereotype will have you believe.
I love nothing better than settling down with a cuppa and playing a bit of online bingo for an hour of escapism. I don’t get a lot of time to myself, so when I do, I feel utterly refreshed.
You should try it sometime!
